  • By agreeing to the In-Finity Literacy's Privacy Policy you consent to receiving emails (Subscription Confirmation, Operational Issues and Invoices) regarding events you have booked onto. You will not be able to book unless you agree to the privacy policy. 
  • Each time you purchase a subscription you are required to set your email communication preferences for news and promotions sent from the service about the In-Finity Literacy website.
  • If you have previously agreed to us using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by writing us by using the Contact Form  or by updating your communication preferences when purchasing a subscription.
  • We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. 
  • You may access and view the your personal information stored about you by the service. To access access this data, log into your account and the 'My Account' menu. From here you can view the data stored about you. If you require help please use the the Contact Form.
  • If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible using the the Contact Form  and we will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

If you register with us, we shall retain your personal data until you request to close your account. If you receive marketing communications from us, we shall retain your personal data until you opt out of receiving such communications.

If you have otherwise booked an event with a provider or contacted us with a question or comment, we shall retain your personal data for 6 months following such contact to respond to any further queries you might have.

Right to be Forgotten
Under GDPR you have the right to be forgotten, please  contact us using the the Contact Form  to request deletion of your account and all personal information stored on you (as well as any backed up data). 


We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

All data is stored within the EU and is spread across 3 data centres for redundancy. The continuous monitoring, upgrading and securing of the servers is performed by a qualified team of system administrators.
